With a strong background in customer service, Illia has mastered the art of client communication, conflict resolution, and high-pressure problem-solving - skills that are essential in the fast-paced ad tech space.
Please, tell us about your professional journey. Where have you worked before joining Screencore?
Before Screencore, I`ve been working as a customer service manager at the “Triumph Media Group” where I was responsible for maintaining high service standards. In this role, I learned how to communicate effectively with clients, resolve conflicts and manage queries, which allowed me to develop active listening and empathy skills.
What drew you to the world of programmatic advertising, and why did you choose it as your career path?
I wanted to change my field of activity for a long time, and then my friend introduced me to his work in the world of programmatic advertising. I found this area fascinating and decided to try my strength in this field.
What are you most looking forward to as you join our team?
I`m looking forward to learning everything about the world of programmatic advertising, becoming a useful member of your team and helping you grow even more.
Every expert has a unique strength! What’s your key skill that helps you thrive in the programmatic space?
Considering my experience in customer service management, I would say that my key skill would be excellent communication skills, as I`ve dealt well with clients all these years at the previous work place. Also I'm used to working under pressure, so it would be no problem for me to adapt to a new work environment.
