Screencore builds advertising technology with privacy and integrity at its core. We aim to make our platforms reliable not only from a performance perspective, but also from a data protection and user-trust standpoint.
Information that passes through our systems is handled with care, using technical and organizational measures designed to protect it and to align with the GDPR and other applicable privacy frameworks.
As part of this commitment, Screencore participates in the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) as a registered vendor (Vendor ID 1473), allowing us to operate within a standardized consent and transparency model used across the industry.
These Privacy Policies explain how data is processed within our services and how individuals’ privacy choices are supported throughout the advertising lifecycle.

2. Who we are
Screencore Sp. z o.o. (“Screencore”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a company incorporated under the laws of Poland.
We develop and operate advertising technology platforms that support the buying and selling of digital advertising inventory through:
an Ad Exchange (ADX), which facilitates programmatic transactions between connected platforms.
3. What this Privacy Policy covers
When you visit or interact with the Screencore website, certain information may be collected automatically through technical means, or provided by you directly, for example when submitting a form or requesting information. This data is used only to operate the website, communicate with you, and manage our relationship with visitors and partners.
Screencore does not collect personal data directly from individual users when delivering advertising services. Instead, personal data is collected by the publishers, app developers, and other first parties that you choose to engage with and that use Screencore’s technology to deliver ads. These first parties determine what data is collected and how it is shared, including with companies like Screencore.
For this reason, the privacy notices of the websites and apps you use remain the primary source of information about how your personal data is collected, used, and disclosed in those environments.
4. How Screencore approaches privacy and data protection
Screencore designs and operates its services in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since 25 May 2018, with a strong focus on lawful, transparent, and responsible handling of personal data.
These Privacy Policies address two distinct areas of data processing. One part explains how information is handled when individuals visit the Screencore website or interact with us through communications and marketing activities. The other part covers how personal data is processed when Screencore’s advertising technology is used by publishers, app developers, and other business partners. Each section reflects the specific way data is used in those environments.
Together, these policies describe the standards, safeguards, and governance measures Screencore applies to protect personal data, including additional care where data relating to children may be involved.

This may include information such as IP address, device or browser type, and basic connection data.

prevent abuse or technical issues, and
ensure reliable delivery of Website content.
It is not used for marketing, profiling, or cross-site tracking.
6. Our Services
Screencore provides advertising technology that supports the delivery of digital advertising through its SSP and Ad Exchange platforms. In this context, Screencore does not collect personal data directly from end users. Instead, personal data is collected by the websites, applications, and publishers with which users interact (“First Parties”) and is transmitted to Screencore through advertising technology integrations to enable the technical operation of advertising.
Screencore processes this data only to provide and operate its Services and does not use it to independently identify individuals.
6.1. How personal data reaches Screencore
Personal data processed through Screencore’s Services is received from:
publishers, apps, and websites,
Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs),
Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), and
other advertising technology partners.
These partners are responsible for:
collecting user consent and opt-out choices,
providing privacy notices to users, and
determining whether data may be shared with Screencore.
Screencore relies on these partners to transmit consent and privacy signals, including under frameworks such as TCF, GPP, and Global Privacy Control, in accordance with applicable law.
We recommend reviewing the privacy notices of the websites and apps you use, as those explain how your data is collected and shared in those environments.
6.2. Categories of personal data processed
In the course of providing advertising technology services, Screencore may process the following types of data:
Device and technical data
Information about the device or browser used to access content, such as:
device type,
operating system and version,
browser type,
IP address,
location (e.g., country or city),

Where latitude or longitude data is included in a bid request by upstream partners, Screencore processes it only as part of the technical ad-delivery workflow and does not use or store it for its own independent purposes.
Digital identifiers
Identifiers used in advertising systems, such as:
device advertising IDs (e.g., IDFA, GAID),
platform or cookie-based IDs,
exchange or buyer identifiers.
Interaction and delivery data
Information about how ads are delivered and displayed, such as:
ad impressions,
page or app context,
timestamps,
ad format and placement.
This information is used to operate advertising transactions, prevent fraud, and provide reporting to business customers.
Privacy and preference signals
Signals relating to user consent, opt-out, or privacy preferences, including those provided through frameworks such as TCF and GPP.
Screencore does not build profiles that directly identify individuals.
Why this data is processed
Without these technical and advertising signals, Screencore would not be able to:
deliver ads,
prevent fraud,
measure impressions, or operate its advertising technology.
All processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the Services.
6.3. Business account data
Screencore provides its Services to business customers. To create and manage an account, we may process:
full name,
business email address,
company name,
country,
login credentials.
This information is used to create and manage accounts, verify access, prevent misuse, and provide customer support.
6.4. Customer support
When business users contact Screencore support, we may process:
account identifiers,
email address,
and the content of the request.
This information is used only to respond to and resolve support inquiries.
6.5. How we use information
We use the information we process to:
operate and maintain our platforms;
provide customer and technical support;
enable and measure advertising delivery;
detect and prevent fraud;
secure our systems;
comply with legal obligations; and
improve and develop our services.
We do not use website account data to build advertising profiles about end users.
7. Your Privacy Rights and How They Apply
Screencore is committed to respecting privacy rights in every jurisdiction in which it operates. While specific legal rights may vary by location, Screencore applies a consistent and high level of data protection across its services, subject to applicable local laws.
You may exercise your privacy rights at any time by contacting us through the Contact section of the Website or through the privacy request mechanisms made available on the Website, including any “CCPA resource” link where required by law.
7.1. EEA Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), your personal data is protected by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under the GDPR, you have the following rights.
Your right | What it means |
Right of access | You may request confirmation of whether Screencore processes your personal data and obtain a copy of that data. |
Right to be informed | You have the right to know how and why your personal data is processed. |
Right to rectification | You may request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data be corrected. |
Right to erasure | You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer needed, where consent is withdrawn, or where processing is unlawful, subject to legal retention obligations. |
Right to restriction | You may request that processing be limited in certain circumstances, such as where the accuracy of the data is disputed. |
Right to object | You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. |
Right to data portability | You may request certain personal data in a structured, machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract. |

Right to lodge a complaint | You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country of residence, workplace, or where the alleged infringement occurred. |
7.2. Lawful disclosures
Screencore may disclose personal data where required by applicable law, court order, or valid request from competent public authorities, including data protection regulators and law-enforcement bodies.
7.3. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
Screencore respects the privacy rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:
Your right | What it means |

Screencore applies a comparable level of privacy protection to users globally while honoring the specific rights provided under California law.
California residents may exercise their rights through the Contact section or through any “CCPA resource” link available on the Website.
7.4. Consent withdrawal
Where Screencore processes data based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before the consent was withdrawn.
Because Screencore operates as an advertising technology provider, consent is typically collected by publishers, apps, or consent management platforms that users interact with directly. Consent and opt-out choices must therefore usually be managed through those parties’ privacy or preference tools.
On many devices, advertising preferences may also be managed through operating system settings, such as limiting ad tracking or opting out of personalized ads. Instructions for doing so are provided by device manufacturers and operating system providers.
When Screencore receives valid consent-withdrawal or opt-out signals through applicable frameworks (such as TCF, GPP, or Global Privacy Control) or from its partners, those signals are respected and applied across Screencore’s Services in accordance with applicable law.
In limited cases, certain data may still be retained where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
8. Who We Share Your Information With
Screencore shares personal data only where necessary to operate its Services, fulfill technical or business requirements, or comply with legal obligations.
8.1. Categories of recipients
Advertising, affiliates, and technology partners
Screencore may share limited personal data with its affiliates, SSPs, DSPs, advertisers, ad exchanges, and other advertising and technology partners in order to enable the technical delivery, measurement, optimization, and reporting of advertising transactions across the Screencore group and its platforms.

We use specialized vendors to detect invalid traffic, prevent fraud, and maintain a safe and reliable advertising ecosystem.
Legal and regulatory authorities
We may disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from competent authorities.
Corporate transactions
If Screencore undergoes a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

9. International Transfers of Personal Data
Screencore operates globally. As a result, personal data may be processed or accessed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and other jurisdictions where Screencore or its service providers operate.
Where data is transferred from the EEA to countries that do not provide an equivalent level of protection, Screencore uses legally approved safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and applies additional technical and organizational protections.
10. Targeted advertising and opt-out choices
Targeted advertising uses technical and advertising signals to deliver ads that may be more relevant based on device settings and interactions.
You can manage advertising preferences through your device:
iOS – manage tracking and advertising settings in system preferences
Android – enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization”
Where consent or opt-out choices are provided to a website, app, or advertising partner directly, those preferences must be managed through that party’s tools.
When Screencore receives valid opt-out or consent-withdrawal signals through industry frameworks or its partners, those choices are applied across Screencore’s Services.
11. Children’s privacy
Screencore’s Website and Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. Screencore does not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to minors.
If Screencore becomes aware that a child’s personal data has been processed through its systems, appropriate steps will be taken to remove or restrict that data in accordance with applicable law.
If you believe a child’s personal data has been submitted to Screencore, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
